The paid library, and what Reset Room members and Substack subscribers access.

The paid resource library is available to Reset Room members and to paid Substack subscribers. It contains everything in the free library plus significantly more depth.

The full Signal Method workbook. The Relationship Audit guide. All workshop recordings from the last 6 months. A personal founder reset audio. Monthly deep dives on specific topics. The full Signal Checks archive.

That is the contents page. What follows is what it is actually for, because a library is only as useful as the way you use it.

Most people who join a library like this one do the same thing in the first week. They download everything. The workbook, both guides, every recording, all of it, into a folder with a sensible name. And then they do not open any of it.

That is not a discipline problem. It is what happens when resources get used as reassurance. Having the folder is calming. Opening the folder means doing something, and doing something means finding out whether it works.

So the honest advice is to take 1 thing and leave the rest where it is.

If you are not sure which thing, start with whatever is loudest. If it is a conversation you keep not having, the Relationship Audit guide is the one. If it is that you cannot tell what you are feeling until it has already come out sideways, start with the workbook. If it is that you are tired in a way sleep does not touch, start with the audio.

The written guides and the audio do different jobs, and it is worth knowing which is which.

A guide is for the part of you that wants to understand. You read it at the kitchen table with a pen, you answer the questions honestly, and you end up with something on paper that you did not know when you sat down. It is slow, and it is thinking work.

The audio is not thinking work. You lie down, you press play, and the only thing asked of you is that you stay. It works on a different level and at a different speed, and the people who are most suspicious of it are usually the ones it suits best.

The workshop recordings are there for a plain reason. Nobody can be in every room. A workshop happens on a Tuesday evening and your Tuesday evening is already taken, and that used to mean you missed it. Now it means you have it on a Sunday morning instead, which for a lot of people is the better time anyway.

What you lose is the room. What you gain is the ability to go back. Almost nobody takes everything from a recording the first time through, and the second listen is usually where the useful part turns up, because by then you are not braced about what is coming.

The monthly deep dives exist because some subjects do not fit in a letter. A letter can tell you a thing is happening. A deep dive can take it apart and show you the pieces.

And the archive is the part people underestimate. A single Signal Check is a small thing. 6 months of them, read in order, is a picture of your own year, and most people find something in it they could not see while they were living through it.

The distinction is simple: the free library gives you understanding. The paid library gives you tools for practice. Both are valuable. The paid library is for people who want to go deeper and keep a consistent practice.

Which means the free library is the right place to be if you are still working out whether any of this is for you. There is no hurry in it. Nothing in the paid library will make sense faster than the free library does, if the free library is where you still are.

And if you have been in the free library a while and you keep going back to the same 2 things, that is usually the sign. Not enthusiasm. Repetition. The point where understanding has done what it can do and practice is the next thing.

One last practical note. Whatever you take out of it, put it somewhere you will trip over it. A printed page on the fridge beats a beautifully organised folder you never open. Nothing in a library works from inside the library.
